Three pairs took to the start line for the clubs annual two up championships held alongside the July round of the evening 10 series.

Jon Graciano and Keiran Lawlor took the honours with an excellent time of 23:59, whilst second place was hotly contested between Mike Stanley and Fraser Blandford who recorded 26:01, whilst mixed pairing of Matt Nunn and Sally Smith were one second behind in 26:02.

Connor Clare was the fastest solo, coming home in a PB of 27:33.
