Club chair Rob Kennison took 7th place overall at the KCA ten mile time trial at Betteshanger on Saturday.

Rob decided to race a fixed gear for the event, however he beat a number of geared riders, finishing in a time of 24:43. He also coped well with the usual blustery conditions found at the track.

Elsewhere Alex Cook opened his grass track racing account at the Plomesgate CC event in Suffolk. Racing in the 8km national championship Alex finished in mid pack, and performed well in the unknown distance event.
